You don't have to miss a workout while you are on vacation. Come and experience our signature WestinWORKOUT, located in the lower Lobby level on the left. Our spacious WestinWORKOUT gym is accessible 24-hours a day and features locker rooms with sauna and shower facilities as well.

Headphones are available through Service Express for $10.00 per pair.
The WestinWORKOUT also has a personal trainer who can offer you a personal training session for $25.00. 24- Hour advance registration applies.

Aqua Zumba® -
Known as the Zumba "pool party," Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

Enjoy this refreshing workout provided by our professional trainer.  This activity takes place in our pool.

Sunset Yoga
Enjoy this great renewing yoga class that is provided by Prana Yoga & Health. Taking place every Wednesday at 5:30 pm on the beach. Cost per session is $10 per person and includes towels and complimentary water bottles.

MISSION Cardio Class
Lets burn some calories! A great workout class taking place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Seabreeze Terrace. Come and join us for this refreshing activity.
